I spent 7+ years working as a Mechanical Engineer inside Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing, Programming Multi-axis machines for critical, high-precision components. Along the way, I saw the same problem again and again: businesses building critical components for aerospace, medical, and automotive industries struggled to find reliable technical expertise to support them — the margin for error on these parts is zero, but skilled support was hard to come by. That gap became the reason he co-founded Magician of CNC — to give businesses direct access to the world-class technical expertise these industries demand.
Manish Kumar Swami brings 12+ years of hands-on experience as a Machinist in aerospace manufacturing, working on heavy-duty, high-precision multi-axis and mill-turn machines. Through his own CNC engineering channel, Knowledge TV, he's stayed close to the industry's real problem: companies were investing in high-tech, precision machines but couldn't find operators skilled enough to run them properly. That mismatch — expensive technology sitting underused without the right expertise behind it — became the reason he co-founded Magician of CNC, to make sure businesses get both the machines and the skilled hands to run them.
